note: the web app use a lot of different http sources beside t1.openseamap.org and t1.openseamap.org.
I am not sure what we need to consider to avoid site effects ...
anyway, I changed it temporary to to https://t1.openseamap.org and https://t2.openseamap.org for a test.

there should no side-effects switching towards https: Just make sure, the tile-servers of other layers really serve https ....
