Introduction "Inge" search for comparison OruxMaps and Locus

Hello, I just have joined this community. I wonder if I can use my Android Tablet with one of the abve mentioned apps as an addition to "old fashioned" GPS-Indication and Paper seamaps. Inge is a 23ft fishing boat, and I will cruise in the area of the German island Amrum in the north sea.

I am using OruxMaps. New 6.4.0betaXX allows offline composite maps: http://www.oruxmaps.com/foro/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2560
