Waterway sign "speed_limit" doesn't show speed limit

There's no number visible inside the "speed limit" sign (see here http://map.openseamap.org/?zoom=18&lat= … FFTFFFFTT). Is this normal?

How should the speed limit be tagged on such a sign, e.g. "seamark:notice:information=5 km/h"?

Re: Waterway sign "speed_limit" doesn't show speed limit

The "seamark:notice:information" tag is used to specify the text displayed on a notice, but this is not rendered, as the text would be too small to be readable. This tag should still be used as any application that permits object querying will be able to display this.

Re: Waterway sign "speed_limit" doesn't show speed limit

Okay thanks. The text on the above sample is "5 km/h" yet most probably on the real sign is just a "5". Shouldn't the text just show what's on the sign and not add the "km/h".

See https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit#map= … 33/4.44621.
